Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, characterize, and evaluate 3D-printed metal alloy structures.
- Conduct mechanical testing, microstructural characterization, and process optimization of 3D-printed materials.
- Assist group leaders in writing research proposals.
- Collaborate with project team members and group leaders to achieve OKR(Objectives and Key Results).
- Author high-quality scientific publications and contribute to patent development.
Job Requirements:
- PhD in Metallurgy, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong publication record and/or relevant industry experience.
- Hands-on experience in metal 3D printing, including powder bed fusion, directed energy deposition, or related technologies.
- Proven expertise in metal alloy development, mechanical testing, and microstructural characterization.
- Experience with materials characterization techniques and performance evaluation in extreme environments.
- Solid understanding of metallurgy, machining, and alloy post-processing techniques.
- Proactive and results-driven individual with the ability to work independently.
- Effective team player with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
