Job Responsibilities
Conceptualise event concept and develop event proposal and budget
Deliver and manage the projects that assigned by the management with agreed project framework
Develop detailed project plans and manage multiple projects with tight timelines
Plan and manage operations, logistics and manpower for the event
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of multiple projects
Oversee event setup and dismantling
Take on ad-hoc projects as assigned by Group CEO
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Those with related experience will be consider senior level
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multitasking skills
Outdoor work is required from time to time
