We are actively seeking a Events Sales Manager, who will be responsible for managing recruitment, payroll and employee relations while supporting the Human Resources Manager for SUSHISAMBA SINGAPORE.
SUSHISAMBA Singapore located atop of Capital Tower, SUSHISAMBA brings its unique blend of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian culture, and cuisine to Singapore. Job Description:
- Proactively finding opportunities and leads for business growth by creating and maintaining customer database.
- Understanding client needs and providing a proposal which best suits their requirements.
- Conducting event space site inspections outlining unique selling points to the client.
- Achieving personal sales targets by converting leads into a business opportunity
- Planning an event successfully from beginning to end.
- Ensuring a well-executed event which exceeds customers' expectations.
- Communicating effectively and working closely with all concerned operations departments.
- Attentively handle guest complaints and provide mutually beneficial solutions.
- Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintaining positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
- Sustains relationship with key accounts.
- Regularly runs reports, manages and updates the database within Salesforce and keeps financial records in accordance with the company policy.
- Work collaboratively with the Group Director of Sales and other Event Managers.
- Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales
- Stay up-to-date on current market trends.
- Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Events or business administration degrees.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a previous Sales Role.
- Excellent communication, sales and customer service skills
- Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
- Confident and dynamic personality
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate and negotiate with external vendors and service providers.
- Knowledge of Sales Force/Delphi preferred.
