Design graphics, edit videos, and write captions tailored to the target audience.
Social Media Management:Schedule and publish posts across various platforms using social media management tools.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and user interactions promptly and professionally.
Campaign Support:Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
Analytics and Reporting:Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Sprout Social.
Prepare regular reports on key metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, follower growth) and provide insights for improvement.
Market Research:Research current trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to optimize content strategies.
Stay updated on social media algorithm changes and best practices.
Job Requirements
Educational Background
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
Recent graduates or A-level graduates with a keen interest in social media are also encouraged to apply.
Experience and Skills
Technical Skills:Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus.
Creativity:Strong eye for design, aesthetics, and storytelling.
Ability to create engaging content that resonates with different audiences.
Communication Skills:Proficient in written and spoken English; other languages are a bonus.
Ability to craft clear, concise, and creative captions and posts.
Organizational Skills:Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and proactive in following up on assignments.
Other Requirements
Familiarity with Singapore’s local culture and trends.
Singaporean, Permanent Resident, or possess valid work authorization.
Availability for a minimum of 3-6 months internship period.
