Responsibilities:
- Manage events and be involved in the community to create a positive outlook of the company’s portfolio.
- Plan and carry out business events, workshops and fitness/wellness events for the company’s community.
- Work closely with Facilities Management, renters, partners, vendors and advertising agencies.
- Develop marketable material in close collaboration with internal and external partners and stakeholders.
- Handle all communication processes of the tenant and stakeholder management from the events.
- Maintain database and marketing messaging by adhering to the standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Compile relevant data such as statistical campaign performance, department updates, and marketing communications budgets.
- Assist the team’s administration system in creating Purchase Requisitions.
- Any ad hoc administrative responsibilities.
Requirements:
- A minimum of three years' experience in an equivalent role, preferably in management and planning events.
- A degree in mass communications or marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated organizational abilities, including the capacity to set priorities, manage time effectively, and pay close attention to detail.
