What you will do:
This role works with a portfolio of top clients in Singapore who spend locally and regionally across APAC. Programmatic media leads are responsible for setting programmatic strategies and helping clients to execute campaigns to drive higher media revenues. you will work with a select group of sophisticated and strategic clients and their media agencies.
Your role will include day-to-day support to agencies and clients to enable them to run their campaigns. You will work closely with our large customer sales team and programmatic account strategists team, to support clients across all their needs. You will manage the client relationship, helping ensure clients achieve their campaign goals, best utilize the DV360 platform, and expand their overall relationship with GMP.
Responsibilities
- Own client relationships and incremental business growth. Escalate, track, and resolve key client issues. Manage expectations both internally and externally with clients for campaign implementation, management, and performance.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive DV360 adoption and deepen relationships with our customers.
- Drive strategic account and business planning to define strategies and tactics then execute to drive revenue and feature usage within DV360.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Develop and expand relationships with DV360’s advertising clients, including identifying new opportunities with clients and pitching products. Develop case studies. Lead client proposal and status meetings and handle the day-to-day running of the account.
- Understand and evangelize the programmatic landscape and marketplace as well as the network of stakeholders with the clients, agencies, ad networks, and media buyers.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, digital media/technology sales, agency or publishers experience, and/or business development experience. - Understanding of programmatic advertising and DSPs
Desired
- Experience working in ad tech, with specific experience on programmatic buying.
- A strong understanding of Display and Video 360
- Ability to effectively operate flexibly in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment; ability to navigate through ambiguity and work independently.
- Ability to build and develop relationships with stakeholders of all levels at both clients and agencies levels.
