Project Overview: Client is a Media Centre of Excellence that supports Clients Marketing with deep Subject Matter Expertise across priority product areas. This candidate will be working closely with the Marketing team in APAC, the Client POC and the agency team to deliver business goals via best - in - class Direct Response campaigns.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Help plan, execute, measure and optimize Direct Response campaigns for multiple Play APAC programs, in partnership with Client and the media agency
- Contribute to and drive the regional learning agenda forward to improve short and long term program performance
- Support regional and global workstream projects that unlock advanced measurement and experimentation capabilities across direct response campaigns
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
- Function as a co-lead for Play’s direct response campaign in APAC. Directly oversee the APAC DR campaigns, working closely with Client and the agency to maximize revenue returns.
- Build and share data - driven POVs on optimizing campaign performance, proactively uncover opportunities to improve efficiency across different aspects of the campaign
- Showcase exemplary project management skills to achieve milestones across various workstreams (including liaising stakeholders, organizing team roadshows, delivering presentations, etc.)
Skills/Qualifications:
- At least 5-8 years relevant direct response media experience, especially managing app campaigns
- Client-side and agency experience, handling large-scale, complex campaigns. Very familiar with Ads products, Social media, measurement products like Firebase and Analytics and local and regional publishers in APAC
- Strong analytical skills; ability to use data to drive actionable insights
- Superb program management skills with utmost attention to detail
- Hands-on experience activating incrementality measurement tests
- Experience managing regional marketing budgets
- Experience liaising with global and x-regional stakeholders and POCs
