Job Summary
As a Senior Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing 3-4 client accounts, handling ad buys on platforms like META, TikTok, and YouTube, and ensuring successful execution of campaigns across these platforms. You will collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and influencers to create compelling social content, plan campaigns, and execute advertising strategies that drive brand engagement and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Client-facing role: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Social Media Management: Oversee and manage social media accounts, ensuring that content is delivered on time, on brand, and in alignment with client objectives.
- Content Creation: Write creative and engaging captions for social media content across platforms, ensuring they resonate with target audiences.
- Ad Buying & Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on META, TikTok, and YouTube, driving results based on client goals.
- Collaboration & Planning: Work closely with clients and internal teams to develop social media strategies, campaign plans, and content calendars.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and deliver detailed social media reports to clients, tracking performance, engagement, and KPIs.
- FMCG & Retail Knowledge: Apply industry knowledge to create tailored strategies for FMCG and retail products, ensuring relevance and impact.
- Deadline Management: Thrive under tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks effectively and maintaining high quality and accuracy in deliverables.
- Strong Problem Solving Skills: Ability to take initiative to resolve challenges as they arise in a fast paced environment
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2-4 years of experience in social media management, ideally from previous agency roles.
- Proven ability to run ad campaigns and drive results on META, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong experience in content creation, including writing captions that are both engaging and on-brand.
- Knowledge of the FMCG and retail sectors, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within these industries.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across departments.
- Analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance effectively.
- Change to excellent time management skills and ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in influencer management and collaboration.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and reporting platforms.
