Your Profile

• Minimum 3 years of recent work experience in Event Planning within the hotel or events industry.
• Computer literacy in MS Office and Outlook is a must. Prior knowledge of any CRM system, e.g. Opera, Delphi, will be an asset.
• Keen eye for details; creative problem-solving attitude; strong time management; and adaptable interpersonal skills.
• A relevant degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management will be ideal.

Your Profile

• Flexible to work in evenings and during weekends.

• Minimum 2 years working experience in the hotel, events or weddings industry.

• Strong administrative, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

• Keen eye for details; customer-focused and creative problem-solving attitude

You will assist the Event Service Manager in ensuring that the banquet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.

Your Profile

• Certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum 1 year work experience in hotel operations preferably in the Events or Banquet Department.
• Good problem solving, customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
