Overview:
There are two openings available in this job posting:

Job Position 1:

· Develop creative visuals for deals; and website assets

· Monitor and ensure upload of deals on website is timely and relevant.

· Manage creative agency to design user-friendly webpage for deals to be visible, attractive and accessible.

· Align and update internal stakeholders on publicising of deals through all touchpoints/platforms

· Budget management of creative agency

· Provide events support.

· Any other work as needed by the department.

Job Position 2:

· Liaise with agencies for the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and communication plans to publicise and create awareness of brand and initiatives.

· Content creation and management of website and social media content to drive digital marketing efforts.

· Collation of monthly report and data analysis of initiatives digital insights.

· Conceptualize and manage publicity aspects for promotion of schemes for families deals

· Management of collaterals inventory, coordination of mascot appearances, and support for other administrative matters.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Marketing or Communications.

· Proficient in graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.

· Experience in past creative agencies will be an advantage.

· Experience in managing multiple social media platforms.

· Immediate Starters (No notice period).

Job Responsibilities:

· Engage with the industry and internal departments to meet established objectives, policies, and processes.

· Provide guidance to industry for onboarding of new clients.

· Manage the storing and retrieval of account documents per data policy.

· Manage mailbox and attend to industry’s queries.

· Assist in the review of polices and processes, if required.

· Support planning and reporting activities for updates to Management.

· Support invoice/billing activities including checking/collating supporting document for credit note, merchant’s vendor forms etc.

· Basic account management including prelim assessment on industry’s requests (such as waiver, craft submission to Management for waiver approval, etc).

· Handle ad-hoc assignments required by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Business or Consumer or related fields.

· 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in customer facing roles.

· Self-motivated team player who can also work independently to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong stakeholder management and communication (writing and spoken) skills.
