We are seeking an individual to support our business in printing and canvas stretching/framing. This job would be based at our factory space at 48 Toh Guan Road.
Whilst some experience would be preferable we are more than willing to onboard someone with no experience providing you have the right attitude and drive to learn.
The job loosely involves:
- Handling print jobs on a range of media - typically paper and canvas based prints on large format printers such as the Canon Pro-566.
- Operating the printer, such as loading & unloading media, creating print jobs, handling post print and distribution.
- Manufacturing canvas stretcher bars, which involves basic measurements and the usage of two pieces of simple machinery.
- Stretching canvases over these wooden stretcher bars.
- General tasks such as packaging, producing shipping labels and generally supproting in keeping the factory tidy.
Base salary would be dependent on existing experience but we are also open to agreeing a commission based portion based on the overall performance of the business each month and the individuals contribution in terms of the number of pieces produced.
