Key Responsibilities:
Social media and Marketing Strategies and Operations:
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across social media platforms.
- Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns, focusing on user acquisition, retention, and brand growth.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging digital trends and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product offerings based on audience insights and industry trends.
- Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and drive brand awareness.
Marketing Campaigns:
- Strategically design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (with a focus on digital and social media) to drive brand growth and audience engagement.
- Develop compelling content and promotional assets, including social media calendars, targeted ads, and creative visuals, aligned with the brand's voice and objectives.
- Leverage data analytics to monitor, evaluate, and adjust campaign performance in a real time, ensuring continuous optimization and maximum impact on key metrics like engagement and conversions.
Merchant Acquisition:
- Strategically identify and attract new merchants to enhance platform offerings, leveraging market insights and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop and implement seamless onboarding strategies, ensuring long-term success and engagement for new merchants.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key merchants, providing continuous support, driving co-marketing initiatives, and addressing their evolving needs to ensure mutual growth and success.
Influencer Acquisition:
- Strategically identify and engage influencers whose content and audience align with our brand values and marketing objectives, enhancing visibility and credibility.
- Develop and manage collaborative partnerships with influencers, coordinating content creation and campaigns that resonate with target audiences across social media platforms.
- Negotiate and structure influencer agreements that drive mutual growth, ensuring successful campaign execution, brand alignment, and measurable impact on key marketing metrics.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including merchants, influencers, designers, and videographers, to ensure cohesive execution of marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to optimize campaign execution, ensuring seamless integration of creative assets and messaging across all channels.
- Prepare and present insightful reports on marketing performance and key metrics to stakeholders, using data analytics to guide decision-making, refine strategies, and drive continuous improvement in campaign effectiveness and business growth.
Qualifications:
- Singaporean & PR applicants are welcome.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in sales and marketing roles, with a focus on driving growth.
- Experience in merchant and influencer acquisition is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing, social media strategies, and advertising techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of live streaming and additional languages is a plus.
