Working terms:

• Work Schedule: 5-day work week. Occasional weekend work may be required if events fall on weekends (rare).
• Travel: APAC regional travel required. Flights, accommodation, and meals will be provided.

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Communicate with vendors to obtain quotations and manage deliverables for goods and services.
• Create logistics and transportation plans to support event schedules.
• Work collaboratively with Design and Marketing department to coordinate tasks and ensure deliverables are met.
• Take detailed notes during internal and external customer meetings.
• Conduct stock-taking, packing, and coordination of deliveries.
• Plan and prioritise workload effectively with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a customer service-oriented approach, exhibit a positive work attitude, and resolve issues promptly.
• Commit to continuous self-learning and professional development.

Event Responsibilities:

• Oversee on-site event setup during pre-event and manage site tear-down post-event.
• Coordinate logistics, including transportation, venue setup, and technical requirements.
• On-site, liaising with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle dynamic working conditions, including outdoor events and physically demanding settings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues efficiently during the event.
• Ensure events run according to schedule and meet quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in event management preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in event management are welcome.
• Strong multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent work ethic, responsibility, and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Flexibility to work in dynamic environments, including outdoor events and physically demanding settings.
