Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on Group corporate communications initiatives, media management, CSR programmes and sustainability efforts
- Plan, propose, and execute branding and marketing campaigns, including digital media and corporate and influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Assist with crisis relations as part of corporate communications responsibilities
- Create engaging content and digital assets for a variety of platforms such as internal staff communications and social media for BreadTalk Group and BreadTalk IHQ Mall
- Plan and oversee the content calendar for social media platforms
- Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive BreadTalk IHQ marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness for the mall, increase footfall, and promote business growth for mall tenants
- Coordinate event and advertising space bookings within IHQ, ensuring adherence to guidelines with internal and external tenants
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance marketing effectiveness
- Manage corporate channels, media and IHQ mailboxes and notify internal stakeholders of any pressing matters that need to be addressed
- Collect data, generate reports (e.g. campaign performance reports, media reports), and extract insights for future optimisations
- Support in monitoring and optimising department’s budget utilisation
- Perform administrative tasks such as managing corporate channels, maintaining Group corporate archives, and coordinating with vendors for timely production
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- 3-4 years of good Integrated Communications/ Marketing track record in similar capacity or field
- Effective written and communication skills
- Passionate, resourceful, and with a can-do mindset
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Able to handle multiple projects and accomplish objectives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and digital marketing tools and platforms
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere Pro will be an added advantage
