Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Strategise and implement plans to maximise revenue from existing accounts while identifying new opportunities.
• Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Monitor market trends and industry changes to provide tailored advertising solutions that address client needs.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop and execute creative campaigns that achieve business objectives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Expand advertising touchpoints by developing and maintaining digital-media partnerships to drive revenue growth.
• Create innovative pitches and proposals that align with the company’s business development goals.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in advertising sales, media sales, or a related field.
• Strategic thinker with strong planning and organisational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to execute strategies effectively and achieve growth targets.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a persuasive and professional approach.
• A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
