Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the marketing team in the development of the marketing and communications campaigns for Singapore and South-East Asia region. This includes both internal and external campaigns such as developing emailers, article formatting and updating of Corporate websites.
- Assist in content creation and engagement across all social media platform.
- Assist in managing marketing events – mostly client-centric such as webinar, seminar, networking event and firm’s presence at trade events.
- Assist marketing team in organising and coordinating internal events.
- Maintain clients’ relations / events related survey and records.
- Any other ad-hoc jobs as assigned.
Job requirements:
- Diploma graduate in marketing or business-related course.
- Skillsets in using content creation app (i.e. Canva for visual; CapCut for videos) or Graphic Design soft (i.e. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred
- With 2 to 3 years of experience in Marketing/ Publications/ Design preferred
- Digital Media savvy preferred (Familiar with Content Management System CMS for website – i.e. Wordpress)
- Strong team player and have an eye for details.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing demands on time and prioritise effectively.
- Good communicator and good writing capability in Mandarin & English.
