Tasks & responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of Families Life Ministries events, and Church Camp
- Manage Event logistics such as obtaining quotations, selecting venues, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing attendee registrations.
- Maintain event planning schedules and ensure timelines are adhered to.
- Organize and keep detailed records of bookings and administrative tasks.
- Prepare and coordinate event resources in advance.
- Provide on-site event support, including setting up and dismantling event spaces.
- Manage and track department inventory.
You should possess the following:
- Diploma/Degree holder in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of Christian ministry and/or relevant experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Acrobat and Google Forms.
- Prior administrative experience is required.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively to manage multiple projects with multiple deadlines.
- Self-starter with attention to details.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
