Responsibilities:

- Create outline and detailed drawings to the required scale, in accordance with relevant authority or customer specifications.

- Draft preliminary drawings based on sales quotation requirements.

- Prepare single-line, termination, and arrangement drawings according to the scope of supply (JOP).

- Compile necessary documentation for submission to customers and class authorities for review.

- Provide engineering calculations as needed.

- Monitor the progress of engineering tasks to ensure timely completion of documentation.

- Supervise and mentor junior drafters to ensure timely and accurate delivery of drafting work.

- Communicate with customers to address engineering issues when required.

- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by section manager or supervisor.

Compliance:

- Adhere to all statutory and legal requirements.

- Maintain organized records of work schedules and proper filing systems for documents (e.g., repair receipts, service reports, quotations, inspection reports).

- Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting work progress.

- Identify and highlight potential risks and issues throughout the project.

- Hold all necessary regulatory certifications, including but not limited to Shipyard Safety Induction, Work-at-Height training, and Confined Space training.

- Follow all safety regulations, including reporting incidents or near-misses.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of electrical or electronic systems.

- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 18001 standards.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD software (2D/3D).

- Minimum qualification of ITE in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Communication, or Marine Engineering.

• Identify and secure business opportunities with associations, organizers, exhibitors, and agents.
• Generate leads and expand business with new and existing clients.
• Manage sales and logistics for global sporting, private, and special events.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering expert guidance on customs and logistics.

Operations Management

• Oversee on-site and pre/post exhibition operations, collaborating with organizers, exhibitors, and agents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely event execution.
• Manage logistics and transportation for exhibitions locally and internationally.
• Supervise on-site staff and ensure operational efficiency and problem resolution.

Financial Oversight

• Ensure accurate billing and manage payment collection, including Cash on Delivery for exhibitors.
• Provide monthly gross profit estimates and monitor cost and income accuracy.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and sales reports for Finance and CEO.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability for each exhibition project.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing exhibitions and fairs, with a background in the logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of the exhibition industry and its operations.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team management.
• Capable of meeting tight deadlines and thriving in challenging work environments.
• Skilled in planning and coordinating all on-site operations effectively.
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work long hours, including weekends and public holidays.
