- Lead the transformation from a traditional, product-centric category into a differentiated, consumer-focused brand powerhouse with next-gen platforms.
- Define and elevate unique positioning for flagship brands Nutrison and Fortimel, rooted in actionable insights and a compelling value proposition for HCPs and patients in key areas like cancer care, elderly frailty, and neuro care.
- Impact on Business Results:
- Drive market penetration and double business impact in targeted therapeutic areas within three years.
- Processes & Projects:
- Brand building and development for Nutrison and Fortimel that meet patient needs at every step.
- Lead ICP process for the brands
- Partner with global and local teams to bring tailored, relevant content to life in each market, building stronger connections with HCPs and patients.
- Agency Collaboration: Co-create with top agency partners, ensuring consistent, high-impact campaigns that elevate brand presence and resonate across channels.
About You:
- Driven by an obsession for patient centricity, ensuring every brand decision resonates deeply with patient needs and experiences
- A Brand-builder with a flair for competitive positioning and high-impact content activation, you excel at crafting and testing a strategic marketing mix, including direct-to-patient media planning.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with a proven ability to capture and act on consumer and HCP insights.
- Experienced in launching and scaling brand strategies and cross-functional initiatives, on both local and global levels.
- A proactive problem-solver and collaborative leader, skilled in managing complex projects and guiding cross-functional teams.
- Multi-language proficiency is a plus.
Education & Experience:
- Education: Master’s degree in Business or related field.
- Experience: 15+ years in healthcare and consumer industries, with deep expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, and market impact.
