• Plan, develop, and lead internal and external communications deliverables to enhance company's brand awareness.

• Support key stakeholders in the delivery of corporate initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree in communications or public relations, preferably in Mass Communications.

Salary $3,200 to $4,000

Event planning, management, and successful delivery, including conferences, virtual and live national events, commencement dinner, exhibitions, and student events
Responsible for events related theme and related event’s communication materials and updates
Manage and coordinate with event organisers, corporate communications and administrators from different healthcare clusters and multinational organisations
Creation of marketing collaterals and dissemination to target audience
Speaker management and serves as point of contact for all stakeholders to run the national level event
Negotiates and coordinates services with events, catering, venue, website and other logistical vendors
Ability to think strategically, creatively and manage projects from initiation to completion, including agency management, planning, budgeting, timeline management, coordination, resource allocation, and digital integration.
Overseeing event setup and production, ensuring efficient supplier and contractor management.

Requirements:
Background in Marketing, Events Management
Experience in designing marketing collaterals, website updates i.e. WordPress
Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in event management.
Proven track record of successfully delivering in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
Great interpersonal skills, possesses creative mind, independent worker and able to multi-task
Demonstrates problem solving and decision-making skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with varying priorities and deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and edit content for various department publications, including newsletters, brochures, eDMs, award submissions, web articles, and press releases.
• Contribute to the development and production of brand content, including corporate videos, podcast episodes, and social media content.
