A Day In the Life

• Prospect for new customers and maintain existing customers to achieve sales target
• Build strong rapport with clients and identify innovative advertising options that meet client's requirement
• Support plans in identifying and developing potential business opportunities
• Conduct corporate presentations and recommend business proposals
• Provide administrative support in preparing proposals and other related activities

Who We Are Looking For

• Diploma in Business, Marketing or related discipline
• Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in media sales and advertising / media planning or equivalent
• Excellent commitment to sales and customer service with good interpersonal skills, initiative and follow-through
• Confident and persuasive communicator and presenter
• Proficient with MS Office

A Day in the Life

• Generate efficient and intuitive event ideas or strategies
• Oversee roadshows, exhibitions and promotional events
• Prepare marketing presentations
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure collaboration in activities
• Monitor progress of events and prepare post mortems to submit reports of performance
• Collaborate with colleagues in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

Who we are looking for

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing and related discipline
• Proven experience as marketing or project executive or similar role [experience in this field is preferred]
• Good understanding of events marketing and ability to evaluate trends in this field
• Thorough knowledge of strategic planning and marketing best practices
• Proficient in MS Office
• Familiarity with social media and web analytics
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Creativity and commercial awareness

What you'll be doing

• Develop 3D designs and models for a variety of projects for events and exhibitions
• Collaborate and translate client requirements into detailed 3D visualizations
• Conceptual thinking and a keen sense of aesthetics
• Execute ideas from initialisation to production stage
• Utilize 3D software and tools to create photorealistic renderings and animations
• Present designs to clients and incorporate their feedback to refine the final product
• Ensure that all 3D designs adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Stay up-to-date with the latest 3D design trends, techniques, and technologies

What we're looking for

• Degree or equivalent in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• 5 years' experience in 3D modelling/rendering in events industry
• Proficient in using 3D design software such as sketchup, 3D Max, or Cinema 4D
• Candidate with 2D graphic design capabilities would be preferred
• Basic skills in video editing would also be advantages
• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere
• Strong understanding of 3D modelling, texturing and lightinging techniques.
• Excellent visualisation and presentation skills to effectively communicate your designs
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing project requirements
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the management Brand Activation & Events Teams
• Maintain consistent B2C Brand Activation and Events business activities for clients whilst keeping pace with business target trajectory
• Communicate and engage with current & potential clients to solicit business opportunities in the B2C space proactively
• Support the creative team in ideation exercise
• Supervise and ensure timely submissions of proposals and budgets to clients
• Support and supervise the team from project implementation, execution to completion.

What we are looking for

• Degree / Diploma in Event Management or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management in brand activation and/or events
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
