A motivated Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage and enhancing the reputation of an organization, fostering positive relationships with the public, media, stakeholders, and clients. They focus on creating and executing communication strategies, responding to public inquiries, and maintaining a positive public image.
As a Site Administrator to manage on-site administrative tasks for project sites, ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting the project team with essential documentation, coordination, and resource management. Their role combines administrative expertise with knowledge of project-specific needs to maintain an organized, efficient, and compliant site environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive PR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals, focusing on building and maintaining a positive public image.
- Quickly respond to negative publicity, preparing statements and managing communications to mitigate damage to the organization’s image.
- Prepare reports on PR activities, measuring reach, engagement, and impact to guide future communications efforts.
- Provide administrative support to the office and various departments in the site office.
- Assist in employee onboarding administration activities.
- Assist in foreign workers HR matters including accommodation & transportation arrangement, work injury cases and etc.
- Assist in HR payroll processing together with the HR team.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondences.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Assist in organizing company events and activities.
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.
- Maintain and update databases and filing systems.
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant public relations experience.
- Minimum two (2) years of working experience in administrative work at construction site.
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Proficient in MS Word & Excel
