About us:
Lakeside Family Services started by Faith Methodist Church, is a charity which has served the community since 1993, regardless of race, language, or religion. We develop resilience in disadvantaged children, mould troubled youths into contributing individuals, empower active seniors to help lonely seniors, assist ex-offenders in reintegrating into society, and help women with unsupported pregnancies.
We are an Institution of a Public Character (IPC) and a member of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS).

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative and engaging content aligned with communication strategies to enhance digital presence.
- Manage the department's social media platforms.
- Create brand awareness to capture audience attention.
- Understand digital marketing data and craft narratives across diverse datasets.
- Plan and execute content calendars for all online platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok).
- Analyze social media metrics to gather insights and generate reports.
- Devise and implement review strategies (including photo, video, and written content) across various social media channels.
- Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
Job Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or other relevant disciplines
- Good multi-tasking and organisational skills
- Collaborative and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in developing compelling digital and social copies
- Familiar with video and photo editing software, such as iMovie, CapCut, Adobe
- Photoshop and etc.
- Good writing and verbal communication skills
- Working and technical knowledge of media planning with good understanding of digital landscape.
