Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Customer Service & Fulfillment Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial in managing customer interactions, overseeing e-commerce operations, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer support, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating logistics to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints on social media and e-commerce platforms promptly and professionally.
Provide updates on order statuses and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Product Listings & Inventory Management: Create and update product listings on Excel and various e-commerce platforms.
Track inventory levels and prepare regular reports to ensure stock accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment Coordination: Prepare documentation for orders and coordinate pick-and-pack services.
Arrange 3PL delivery services, monitor shipments, and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Sample Preparation & Delivery: Prepare and arrange delivery of samples for live-streaming events and promotions.
Maintain detailed records of all sample movements.
- Financial Tracking & Reporting: Manage payments to suppliers and third-party vendors, ensuring timely processing.
Generate monthly expense reports for management review.
- Administrative Support: Produce operational and ad-hoc reports as required.
Support management with additional tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and order fulfillment processes.
- Proficiency in Excel for data entry, reporting, and inventory tracking.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
