Primary responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support including filing, invoicing and record keeping.
- Assist in processing orders, managing inventory, and coordinating with suppliers as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall functioning of the office and business operations.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Able to converse fluently in Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel
- Familiarity with AutoCount is a plus
- Strong organisational, planning, and multi-tasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-Player
Location: Ang Mo Kio
Working hours - 5.5 Days. (Monday-Friday 0830hrs to 1730hrs, Saturday 0830hrs to 1300hrs)
