We’re seeking a talented Content Designer to join our team on an 8-month contract.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of the Business Messaging products by creating clear, engaging, and impactful content.

What you’ll do:

• Develop compelling content for our Business Messaging products that aligns with our brand voice and target audience.
• Collaborate closely with product designers, researchers, marketers, product managers, and engineers to create seamless user experiences.
• Ensure content consistency across all touchpoints by applying and maintaining content standards.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, agile environment by managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
• Share your expertise and provide valuable feedback to team members.

What we’re looking for:

• 7+ years of experience in content strategy, content design, or UX writing.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional content creation skills across various platforms (user interfaces, microcopy, user education, style guides, product launches).
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Origami.
• A proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences.
