Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for assisting with the organization and management of fundraising events and providing administrative support for fundraising campaigns.
• Involved in event planning, donor engagement, administrative tasks, and coordination with other teams.
• Support in creating and sending emails, letters, and other communications related to fundraising campaigns.
• Help track donations and ensure they are recorded accurately in the organization’s donor management system.
• Set and adhere to donation guidelines, manage fundraising protocols, and perform compliance screenings.
• Create and submit management reports on fundraising effectiveness and donation impact.
• Work closely with marketing team in creating promotional materials for fundraising campaigns, including brochures, flyers, and social media posts.
• Oversee members onboarding, renewals, and member communication to enhance their experience.
• Coordinate membership events, logistics for AGMs and EOGMs, and prepare related reports.

• Able to work in evenings / weekends to support fundraising / membership events.
