Social Media Admin & Marketing Support
Responsibilities:
- Manage physical shop
- Social media management of company website, content copywriting: articles, website, social media posts, emails, email marketing, reports and analytics
- Update images, update content, update links
- Provide customer service - chat support, responding to customer inquiries, answering questions about shop's products, responding to customer reviews
Preferred: atleast 1 year related experience
Requirements:
- Clear, precise, excellent, proactive, and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize and effectively prioritize tasks
- Must have meticulous attention to detail, along with the ability to comprehend difficult tasks
- Internet/ Web savvy
- Simple video editing skills for social media reels
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly develop working relationships
