Event Technical Support (Virtual & Onsite)
Set up and dismantle equipment.
Operate technical systems during events.
Handle video production and post-production.
Assist with e-publicity before and after events.
Technical & Administrative Support for Events Unit
Manage website and social media updates.
Maintain and track technical equipment.
ComplianceEnsure adherence to policies.
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications is preffered
- Experience in the following software is preferred: OBS Studio, Zoom Meeting, Zoom Webinar, Microsoft Teams Live Event, other VTC software (e.g. Webex, Skype).
- Familiar with audio-visual systems is a plus advantage
- Experience with technical operations for virtual/hybrid events and/or livestreaming to social media (e.g. YouTube, Facebook) is an advantage
