• Support administrative tasks and manage inquiries from stakeholders.

• Monitor key metrics and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with finance on invoicing and procurement.
• Enhance efficiency through process documentation and policy development.

Candidate Requirements:

• Min Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or related fields.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing social media strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience
• Create and curate engaging and relevant content for social media - posters, infographic, memes, videos. Planning and execution of social media posts & calendar
• Growing outreach and following on our corporate social media platforms, namely Instagram, LinkedIn and Telegram
• Monitor social media platforms for brand mentions, comments, and messages, and respond in a timely and appropriate manner
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms
• Work collaboratively in a team
