Job Description
We are looking for an experienced individual with a flair for writing and strong background in the finance industry to join us on our exciting journey and be part of a great team.
The successful candidate must have expertise in investment and related topics for short- and long-form writing. He or she should also have established experience in content creation or conceptualisation across social media formats, video and EDM/emails.
In a complementary manner, candidate can manage our appointed Public Relations agency.
Primary: Writing, Content and Social Media
- Formulate content strategy in line with business and marketing objectives or successfully drive and execute content strategy based on roadmap
- Experience in writing blog articles and social media posts to increase and engage our community of members
- Plan creative ways of building an online presence, as well as using analytics to measure success
- Drive or create content for social media, blog posts and videos production (e.g. storyboarding, interview scripts)
- Produce website content, copywriting and marketing collaterals
- Community manage brand’s social media platforms with the team
- Mentor and collaborate with a junior member of the team to achieve the above
- Brand’s platforms: Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, WhatsApp Business
Secondary: Events & Public Relations
- Own key content aspects of event management and work closely with stakeholders on event agenda and presentation materials
- Examples of events: Thought leadership webinars and networking events with affluent and high net worth clientele
- Independently manage appointed PR agency to achieve KPIs based on scope of work
- Comfortable with coordinating with other departments (e.g. legal/compliance, commercial) to drive the overall PR agenda
Reporting
- Work closely with other members of the CX / Marketing team to generate, and analyse reports
Requirements and Qualifications
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 4-7 years of experience in areas of writing, content creation, social media, preferably events and public relations
- A University degree or higher in either Marketing, Communications, Finance, Business, or related discipline is preferred
- Portfolio of published articles and social content
- Understanding and experience of leveraging on AI tools and software to deliver content is a bonus

- Excellent analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills, as well as ability to work well under pressure
Good to have:
- Experience in a PR agency specialising in the finance industry
- Demonstrable interest and knowledge in investing or the industry
- Hands-on experience on social media platforms and tools
- Qualifications in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO and relevant performance marketing courses (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
