Sixtrees is a 20 year old company specializing in 3D interactive graphics and animation solutions such as VR, AR, Metaverse, Digital Twins and 3D explainer animation videos.
This is a Full Time and Hybrid WFH Position (Average 3 to 4 days WFH / Return to office when needed or for Client Meetings etc)
Roles and Responsibilities In General
- Engaging Potential Client Enquiries
- Pricing for Quotations and Tender submission preparations and Invoicing
1. Engaging Potential Client Enquiries
- Learning and familiarizing with Company’s products and services is critical.
- Monitor and respond to customer enquiries
- Engage customers (online meetings, calls, and face to face), to understand their needs, and draw up relevant past samples to present, demo and ideate with clients.
- Organize and curate portfolios decks and samples to clients
- Convey clear and meaningful requirements back to the production teams for evaluation.
- Ability to ideate and create client proposal decks is a bonus
2. Pricing for Quotations and Tender Preparation Submissions
- Calculate pricings, prepare and send timely project quotations to clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with project scope (hence business acumen is critical)
- Identifies and onboards freelancers or vendors when additional resources are required for projects
- Oversees and manages tender submissions to various job-bidding platforms such as Gebiz, Sesami, and Tenderboard etc
- Maintains record of incoming inquiries and values of quotations and awarded jobs
- Invoicing upon project completion
