Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise and execute digital, online and social media strategies such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Create compelling and engaging content across multiple platforms – both owned and paid
• Develop social media strategy and drive calendar planning
• Set campaign KPIs and help track benchmarks for reporting
• Provide actionable insights based on data, best practices and industry trends
• Identify and engage with influencers and superfans to amplify brand awareness
• Compile, measure, and analyse all social media data
• Monitor, manage, and communicate with our community

Administration, Processes and Reporting

• Work closely with the marketing manager to generate engaging content on a consistent basis
• Be able to seamlessly move cross-functionally across many groups in the company to keep everyone updated and in the loop
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences along with the marketing team

Digital Marketing

• Conceptualise and execute and oversee digital, online and social media strategies such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

Requirements:

• 2 years managing multiple social media accounts (various verticals a plus)
• Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or a Professional Degree will be an added advantage
• Hands on experience in content management, ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Excellent writing and editing skills; creative storyteller with unwavering attention to detail and a strong command of English
• Familiarity with web design
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• You will feel right at home if you have a positive attitude, a great sense of humour and a can-do attitude
• Ability to work independently at times without supervision while maintaining updates as needed
• Prior experience and a love for music, nightlife, hospitality, and entertainment is advantageous – as these are the things we live and breathe daily
• Able to commit to a non-desk-bound role and hours
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities with a problem-solving aptitude.
• Solid understanding of broad marketing concepts to align with business goals.
• Prior experience and a love for music, nightlife, hospitality, and entertainment is advantageous – as these are the things we live and breathe daily
• Able to commit to a non desk-bound role and hours when situation calls for it

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for event sales and operations.
• Respond to incoming leads and generate new leads.
• Consult with clients to determine objectives, requirements, and budget for events.
• Develop creative solutions for client event requests from concept to execution.
• Plan and assist with executing all events, including coordination with internal stakeholders, venue operators and external vendors.
• Assign the Group’s event spaces to effectively maximise revenue opportunities.
• Prepare and submit formal proposals and event decks tailored to client’s specifications while maximizing returns to the Company.
• Meet and greet clients, conduct site visits, promote our venues and services.
• Maintain existing client relationships and generate new relationships.
• Manage the whole suite of event tasks to include event design/theme, timelines, production, menu requests, logistics, vendor scheduling, décor, event spend, special event orders etc.
• Attend site visits, pre-planning meetings and other venue meetings as necessary to support event guest experience.
• Effectively communicate information with internal and external stakeholders on event order, timelines, special requirements, feedback, etc.
• Take on administration and logistics duties related to day-to-day operations within the department.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills between department colleagues, suppliers, clients, F&B tenants, community stakeholders, internal and external parties.
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties assigned.
