Additive Inn is a dynamic and innovative 3D printing company based in Singapore. We specialize in prototyping, manufacturing, and design solutions. We seek a passionate and skilled 3D Printing Production Engineer/Technician to lead and grow our 3D printing production department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Department Development: Establish and manage a 3D printing production department, implementing efficient workflows and systems.
  Evaluate and procure 3D printers, materials, and accessories to enhance production capabilities.
  Collaborate with management to define production goals and KPIs.
  
• 3D Printer Maintenance & Operation: Operate and maintain various types of 3D printers, including FDM, SLA, SLS, and others as required.
  Troubleshoot and repair 3D printers to ensure minimal downtime.
  Perform regular calibration, cleaning, and upgrades on all equipment.
  
• Production Workflow: Prepare and optimize 3D models for printing using slicing software (e.g., Cura, PrusaSlicer, PreForm, etc.).
  Monitor printing processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality of output.
  Implement post-processing techniques (e.g., sanding, polishing, painting) where needed.
  
• Technical Expertise & Support: Provide technical support to clients and team members, addressing issues with designs, prints, or equipment.
  Identify and resolve challenges in production, including material compatibility and design feasibility.
  Maintain a log of issues, repairs, and solutions for continuous improvement.
  
• Documentation & Reporting: Document production processes, machine settings, and troubleshooting steps.
  Prepare reports on production performance and recommend improvements.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with 3D printing technologies (FDM, SLA, etc.).
• Proficiency in slicing software such as Cura, PrusaSlicer, PreForm, or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and repairing 3D printers.
• Understanding of 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, Fusion 360, SolidWorks) is a plus.
• Interest in continuous learning and staying updated with advancements in 3D printing.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Candidate will be involved in primarily in 3D Printing Post Processing manual work such as depowdering, sandblasting, dyeing, sanding, spray painting and etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for performing 3D Printing post processing manual work. Safety equipment will be provided.
• Perform quality check on 3D printed parts
• Manage and work with local 3D Printers and related machines for post processing and assembly
• Carry out routine maintenance, diagnostics checks and engage equipment vendors for preventive maintenance.
• Responsible for ensuring duties are performed in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Only Singaporean and Singapore PR can apply
• Any certification in engineering related qualifications, but not mandatory
• At least 1 to 2 year work experience in manufacturing roles is preferred
• Candidate with age > 45 is encourage to apply

• To be able to work on some Saturdays if necessary
• To be able to work until 7PM during scheduled work days

Job Description

• Conceptualise creative 3D designs for events and exhibition
• Able to participate actively in the brainstorming sessions and processes.
• To liaise with relevant parties on design briefs required for the design specifications
• Create concepts and designs that fit within available project budgets.
• Surveying, analysing and measuring event sites for detailed drawings
• Work closely with the events and creative team in ensuring the design is aligned with the client’s requirements from conceptualization to production
• Good communication skills and a team player
• Ability to time manage and work on multiple projects at the same time.
• Able to lead big scale projects with minimum supervision

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma / Degree qualification in exhibitions and interior design or equivalent
• Min 3 years of experience in the event, promotion booths/ pop up stores or exhibition industries.
• Well-versed with 3D Studio Max, V-ray, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator and / or Blender
