RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will play a vital part in the successful planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects within Messe Berlin Asia Pacific. As a Project Executive, you will support project management processes, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the events.

• Assist in planning, executing, and managing assigned projects from initiation to completion
• Managing multiple marketing campaigns tagged to different projects, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Conducting data mining and data research for the development of databases for each project
• Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Support the sales process, including following up on opportunities and closing deals
• Prepare administrative documents, such as project proposals, budgets, travel schedules, and post-event reports.
• Monitor project progress and address issues or challenges promptly.
• Maintain effective communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Organise and manage project-related meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures in project implementation.
• Contribute to post-project evaluations and recommendations for future improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Project Management, Events Management, Business Management, etc.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated and capable of handling multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Experience in events, exhibitions, or a similar industry is a plus.

We are a small team of consisting of 1 lash, brow artist and a colour analyst who is looking for someone to handle our social media page - Tiktok + Instagram. We have close to 5000 followers!

Your role will be to create weekly content and create a personal brand yourself that works for us. That also means you will be given the automy to create a branding that will help us to stand out!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute company’s in-house monthly news bulletin and quarterly magazine in consultation with the Editorial Board;
• Prepare daily news to be sent out to crew on-board vessels;
• Work with in-house Graphic Designer and Web Developer in maintaining company website and other publicity materials;
