Job tasks as follows :

Working Location: Central

Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Your role:

• Interact with community members and customers in a professional, personable, and timely manner to grow and keep the community alive
• Work with the marketing, creative, and customer experience team to create high quality, engaging, relevant, and timely content
• Foster and strengthen new relationships with key influencers within the community
• Deploy social listening tools to monitor positive/negative comments and topic trends, and strive to boost engagement and resolve any potential conflicts that may affect brand reputation
• Generate comprehensive reports on overall community sentiment and notable trends and provide meaningful feedback

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Prior experience in the marketing field will be an advantage
• Results-oriented, ambitious and positive working attitude

• Events on-site coordination and execution (both in-person and virtual events)
• Events management and operations
• Events logistics set-up, preparation, and tear-down
• Client management, event facilitation, and briefing
• Recruiting, training, and management of a team of facilitators
• Events logistics planning, inventory management, stock-check, and equipment maintenance
• Developing and testing new games, creative workshops, and experiences
• Administrative duties and other matters required

Job Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• At least 1 year of relevant event experience preferred
• Outgoing and Sporty personality (love interacting with clients, coordinating events, client briefings, and set up and tear-down activity equipment)
• Strong work ethic, responsible, meticulous, and a problem-solver
• Able to handle a hands-on working environment (involves physical work, conducting outdoor events under the sun, event set-up and tear-down, maintaining equipment, etc)
• Proficient in using software such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Zoom, etc)
• REQUIRED: Class 3 Driver’s License (Auto or Manual) (You will be required to drive our company vans)

Event Admin Executive

The Event Admin Executive is a motivated professional closely collaborating with the event management team, diligently addressing all assigned administrative tasks. Their self-driven approach ensures efficient handling of duties, contributing to the overall success and smooth operation of various events.

Role & Responsibilities

• Fulfil the day-to-day event management needs of external and internal stakeholders
• Ensure timely dissemination to all relevant stakeholders of all project management documentation and administration
• Provide effective support to the team
• Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form
• Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms
• Taking minutes at meetings
• Call and Schedule management (50%)
• AP ISO Events Centre of Excellence Maintenance
• Database and assets management
• Translation liaison for all events
• Perform other roles & responsibilities as requested based on business needs

What You Need to Succeed

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the meetings, conferences, exhibitions and special events industry (MICE) or related experience will be an advantage
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Consistent, high quality and timely project documentation and delivery
• Strong attention to detail and able to work well under pressure
• Proficient multitasking abilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skill
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
