SHRI is dedicated to providing outstanding services to our members and fostering a vibrant community. Our team is passionate about member engagement, and we are looking for a driven intern to assist with our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) efforts. This internship is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in membership administration and CRM systems.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and updating the CRM database to ensure member information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Support the membership team in onboarding new members, including processing applications and maintaining records.
- Help analyse member data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for enhanced engagement.
- Generate reports and provide insights to the management team on membership metrics and CRM performance.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the membership team.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
