Job Description:

Admission of Advocates & Solicitors (AAS)

• Open and close AAS requests in Intelligent Workspace (IW), including checking and filing of documents.
• Monitor AAS e-Litigation and AAS inbox.
• Process and review of applications/documents, handle electronic filing of documents.
• Upload documents in IW.
• Perform data entries of applications processed in Master Excel spreadsheet.

Archival of Digitised Files

• Extract digitised records from external hard disk drives.
• Sample digitised records against physical materials returned by digitisation vendor.
• Upload digitised records to IW as the repository for all official and finalised records in the office

Printing and Scanning Operation

• Operate print-room equipment, including printers, copiers and binding machines for print jobs assigned.
• Operate scanning equipment to digitize documents and store digital files in appropriate locations.
• Perform ad-hoc / additional tasks as directed by the supervisor(s).

Responsibilities:

• Work with the MHR Committee to compile the list of outstanding individuals and guest list
• Send out invitations and manage the RSVP list of about 400-500 guests
• Assist in the running of the event on the actual day, including but not limited to co-running the reception area on the actual day, assist in the guest seating arrangements
• Assist in other administrative work related to the event
