Job Description

• Plan, develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, promotional activities and events
• Manage all forms of marketing communication efforts including in-store display materials, eDMs, social media, media publicity and digital assets
• Work closely with in-house marketing team and alongside retail team to ensure marketing message stays consistent across different communication channels
• Conceptualize and create engaging social media content to maximize follower engagement and lead generation (drive awareness and sales)
• Drive brand awareness and publicity through various platforms (website, e-commerce, LinkedIn, Facebook, IG, YouTube)

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Mass communication / Communications & Media Management/ Mass Media Management preferred or relevant discipline
• Minimum 1 year experience in marketing / digital marketing or related fields
• Proficient in both English and Chinese ( fluent in speaking and writing in Chinese is an added advantage in order to liaise/handle Chinese speaking associates/materials)
• Organisational and time management skills with a creative flair
• Experienced in Canva (basic editing skills), proficient in MS Office
• Savvy with digital media, social media ( FB & IG) and website maintenance

Job Description:

- Prepare and pack the actual day event materials and floral display stands according to the checklist and design

- Arrive on site at event venue to unload and assist in setting up the floral installation

- Ensure that the setup are in order according to design

Job Requirements:

- Able to work at least 2-3 days per week including weekends

- With class 3 driving licence will be an advantage

- Physical fit to lift the floral materials and props

Roles and Responsibilities Include Housekeeping, and Onsite Event Assistant:

Pre or Post Housekeeping Duty:

1. Sweep and mop floors to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
2. Rearrange tables and chairs as needed for events or daily setup.
3. Wipe down surfaces, including tables and countertops, to ensure cleanliness.
4. Properly dispose of waste and empty trash bins regularly.
5. Assist in maintaining overall order and cleanliness in the designated area.
6. Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the supervisor.

Event Assistant Duty:

1. Assist onsite client with IT issues such as connecting to projector and sound system.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform end-to-end media preparation for post-production, such as encode, ingest, outgest and housekeeping of all video assets.
• Media traffic management in a centralized editing environment.
• Ensure that the metadata in Production Asset Management system are always optimized.
• Undertake basic editing and compilation of shots.

• Basic technical knowledge, preferably in non-linear editing or Video post-production.
• Preferably able to read Chinese scripts/cue sheets for shots assembly.
• Strong computing skills and the ability to plan and organize work efficiently.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to exercise independent judgment, particularly under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work in two shifts (0700 – 1530hr; 1530hr – 2400hr) and alternate between 5 / 6 days work weeks.
• Required to work ad hoc hours and weekends for special and mega programs.
