Devise and implement a robust content strategy tailored for social media, including for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook to effectively communicate SANA’s anti-drug message while resonating with the platform's audience.
Lead the entire content production process (end-to-end), from conceptualisation and scripting to shooting, editing (via CapCut, Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro), and final execution, ensuring high-quality and impactful videos.
Generate innovative and attention-grabbing ideas, integrating a sense of humor where appropriate, to drive engagement and convey intended messages effectively.
Oversee and manage our TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook accounts, leveraging on expertise to optimise engagement, growth, and community interaction.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including communications, marketing, and advocacy, to align content creation with organizational goals and campaigns.
Monitor social media trends and performance metrics, analyse data, and refine strategies to continuously enhance content effectiveness, reach and audience engagement.
Corporate
Create and manage the content on the SANA corporate website
Support production of SANA’s corporate collaterals and publications, including designing and writing publications such as SANA’s Quarterly Newsletters and Annual Report, and assisting in the development of collaterals and video production
Organise and facilitate media briefings and support tasks related to media relations
Coordinate external communications or requests for collaborations, and visits to the SANA.
Identify new strategic partners to value-add SANA’s work
Support local and international advocacy efforts, including Peer Leader engagement
Support Board Meetings and AGMs, including writing Minutes of Meetings.
Support drafting of speeches for events’ Guest-of-Honours.
Requirements
Academic Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in marketing, public relations, mass communications, or related disciplines
Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube) management and marketing communications
Minimum of 1-2 years in a social media content creation/production role, with demonstrable experience managing and growing TikTok / Instagram accounts
Technical Competencies:
Strong ICT skills including knowledge and experience in video editing via CapCut, Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro as well as Graphics Design
Proficiency in filming using mobile phones and editing using short video editing software like CapCut and InShot.
Proficiency in ideation, scripting, filming, and editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and engaging TikTok / Instagram / Facebook / YouTube content.
Familiar with Corporate website / webpage management via Wordpress
