Deployment:

• Mondays to Fridays: 8.00am to 3:00pm (at least 4 hours per day), inclusive of paid 0.5hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
• Service not required during school holidays unless required by the school.

Scope of Works:

• To facilitate all photocopying request for lessons from teachers
• To facilitate all photocopying requests from other school stakeholders
• All other duties as required by the Authority

Scope of Works:

The operations support officer will provide printing support to school staff and assist the School Administration Team to man the reception counter in the school’s general office. The role of the support staff covers the following areas:

• Support basic administrative duties such as priting, photocopying and faxing.
• Greet and welcome visitors
• Answer, screen and forward calls
• Attend to queries. (e.g. provide basic and relevant information) in person or via phone calls
• Handling mail and deliveries
• Must be able to operate the high speed multifunction printer.
• Attend to students who are sick and those seeking permission to leave school.
