We are seeking a Digital & Social Media Marketing Executive to drive our online presence and strengthen brand engagement within the pet trade industry. This role is perfect for someone passionate about pets and digital marketing, focused on creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, executing impactful campaigns, and building vibrant online communities to boost brand visibility and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Oversee and grow our social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and XHS.
- Manage a content calendar for consistent posting of daily content, including posts, stories, and videos, to boost engagement, brand awareness, and community interaction.
Content Creation & Strategy:
- Create compelling, on-brand content (posts, stories, videos) tailored to the interests of pet owners and pet industry enthusiasts.
- Stay updated on social media trends to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and engaging.
Video Production:
- Utilize AI tools and other creative software (e.g., CapCut, Jianying, Adobe Premiere, Canva) to produce high-quality video content for various social media platforms and campaigns which aligns with the brand’s visual and messaging guidelines.
Influencer Collaboration:
- Identify and engage with pet industry influencers to co-create engaging and trendy content that aligns with the company’s marketing goals.
Community Engagement:
- Monitor and actively engage with online communities, respond to customer queries, comments, and DM in a timely and personable manner so as to strengthen brand loyalty and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management, ideally in the pet or lifestyle industry.
- Proven experience in digital content creation and managing social media platforms.
- Proficiency in video production and editing tools such as Capcut, Jianying, Adobe Premiere, and Canva.
- Strong creativity and storytelling abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Knowledge of AI tools is a plus.
