We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Event Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our premium catering and venue services, which include on-site offerings at restaurants, hotels, container parks, indoor spaces, and bars, as well as off-site catering solutions. Targeting the high-end market, you will contribute to driving revenue growth and expanding our brand presence.
You will collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to execute strategies that increase our venue bookings and catering sales, while ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and develop strategic sales plans to target high-end clientele.
- Collaborate effectively with the Marketing and Operations teams to meet and exceed company objectives.
- Meet and surpass personal KPIs, contributing to overall team success.
- Independently sell the company’s premium brands and event catering services, both on-site and off-site.

- Oversee the successful planning, execution, and setup of events, ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
- Consistently deliver exceptional customer service, creating memorable experiences for every client.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM system with accurate client information and sales progress.
- Provide regular sales activity reports, tracking key metrics and identifying opportunities for growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in event sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong ability to create compelling sales materials and tailor event proposals.
- Well-groomed, confident, and articulate with excellent communication skills.
- Resourceful, well-connected, and able to tap into industry networks to generate leads.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale, high-profile events both on-site and off-site.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple teams for seamless event execution.
