As a Social Media Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and enhancing our online presence through the creation and management of e-shops and the development of marketing materials. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Singaporean market and a keen insight into various social media platforms.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to the Singaporean market.
- Manage and curate content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Meta, Instagram, etc ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media trends, user engagement, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
Marketing Collateral Production:
- Design and create engaging marketing materials, including but not limited to graphics, videos, and promotional content.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to align content with overall brand messaging and promotional campaigns.
- Localize the marketing materials and tones of language to fit the Singaporean audience.
Community Building:
- Foster a vibrant online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and addressing customer inquiries.
- Implement strategies to grow the online community and enhance brand loyalty.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and e-shop activities.
- Provide regular reports and insights to measure the effectiveness of strategies and recommend improvements.
E-Shop Development:
- Create and manage e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the IT team to integrate necessary functionalities and features to enhance the e-shop's performance.
- Implement and optimize e-commerce strategies to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms and social media accounts.
- Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- In-depth understanding of the Singaporean market and consumer behavior.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to adapt to changes in the social media landscape and e-commerce trends.
- Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in relevant design tools would be a plus. (Please attach your portfolio)
