Event Planning and Coordination
- Assist to organize offline events and online webinars (e.g., exhibitions, workshops, competitions, social gatherings) through effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Marketing Collateral and Brand Management
- Create, maintain, and update corporate marketing materials
- A great eye for design and the ability to generate new ideas for content creation
- Plan and develop marketing collateral, such as posters and brochures
- Organise photo/video shoots with photographer/videographer
- Develop templates ahead to post on website, social media, email and other mediums
- Create and develop other designs such as presentations, pitch decks, signages, and trade show collaterals, as needed
- Manage and maintain the brand architecture, guidelines and corporate identity to ensure consistency across all channels
- Educate and train teams in upholding the brand image and reputation
Digital Strategy (Website and Social Media) and Lead Management
- Grow the Company’s digital presence as part of the overall marketing strategy
- Develop and manage content calendars for social media platforms, creative production (including text, images, videos, etc.), and foster community engagement and growth
- Plan and execute digital campaigns and promotions
- Plan, execute and measure A/B tests
- Manage the company’s official website, execute SEO initiatives (with additional support), and ensure smooth lead generation and nurturing processes
- Measure and report performance, return on investments (ROI) of campaigns and identify trends and insights to optimise spend and performance
Client Relationships Management & Corporate Communication
- Utilize CRM systems to generate insightful reports
- Develop Email Direct Marketing (EDM) campaigns and disseminate company updates to strengthen client relationships and trust
- Develop marketing automation journeys and create personalised email content on CRM systems to drive engagement and return stays
- Analyse performance of marketing automation and email campaign performance
- Assist in crafting media releases, and monitor public sentiment to maintain a positive brand image
Regular Market Research
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to monitor industry and competitors trends, identify emerging opportunities, and enhance brand awareness among targeted demographics
- Present findings to the Management
Marketing Budget
- Assist to develop marketing budgets based on activity-sorted expenses
- Compare actual expenses to the budget and escalate to Management any issues or discrepancies
Administrative
- Assist in coffee-production related administrative matters and any ad-hoc matters assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field required (FMCG, F&B and Hospitality)
- Experience in organizing major events, particularly in the coffee industry
- Strong command of the English language and strong copywriting skills
- A good eye for design and creative thinking is essential
- A structured and organized process-driven individual with an eye for details
- Accountable, self-motivated, attentive to details, positive working attitude
- Good communication skills and able to work multi-task and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or similar technologies (particularly Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Proficient in web analytics tools and content management system is an advantage
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is an advantage
