Job Descriptions

• Coordination of roster and bookings received from schools.
• Coordination of room & gallery bookings.
• Update bookings in shared calendar and documents
• Management of programme onsite (includes Meet and greet, attendance taking, briefing, liaising with Operations team on set up etc.
• Consolidation of attendance sheet for submission to HQ
• Consolidation of feedback forms received
• Provide feedback on areas of improvement
• Assist Senior Manager/Education to fine-tune learning program resources
• Assist Senior Manager/Education with the planning and facilitation of educational initiatives.
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned.

• Oversee all aspects of event planning, including vendor liaison and scheduling.
• Coordinate and compile information for the festive events.
• Maintain clear and continuous communication with appointed marketing agency, events management vendor, programme partners, sponsors, and internal stakeholders.
• Address inquiries and ensure all parties are informed of event details and changes.
• Work with events management vendor to manage the logistics pre and actual day of the festival, including venue setup, registration, and vendor coordination.
• Assist with gather feedback, survey from participants, and help with post-event reporting.

Job Requirements
