Job Scope
1. Develop and execute video content strategies based on brand and product positioning to attract and retain fans and convert them.
2. Responsible for the operation of media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and leading local platforms in Singapore and other Asian markets, to increase followers.
3. Create high-quality video content related to recruitment, human resources management, career development, etc., including planning, shooting, and editing.
4. Optimize content and strategies through data analysis of user behaviour and feedback.
Requirement
1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as film directing, editing, or related disciplines.
2. Work Experience: Over 1 year of experience in content creation or marketing-related roles.
3. Industry Experience: Prior experience on the internet, mobile internet, e-commerce, or new media industry is preferred.
4. Professional Skills:
- Skills in video content creation, editing, and shooting.
- In-depth understanding of marketing, social media, and content operations. Priority given to those with local resources.
- Strong market awareness with the ability to keenly grasp market trends, hot topics, and their development directions.
- Ability to excel in task completion under high-pressure situations.
5. Management of social media:
- Experience in managing social media, with a focus on content creation, customer acquisition, user growth, or community operations.
- Proficient in handling major platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, WeChat, YouTube, etc.
