Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute company’s in-house monthly news bulletin and quarterly magazine in consultation with the Editorial Board;
• Prepare daily news to be sent out to crew on-board vessels;
• Work with in-house Graphic Designer and Web Developer in maintaining company website and other publicity materials;
• Prepare and assist the Communications team for various branding and/or media related report, memos and presentations;
• Proofread various branding and/or media related reports, memos and presentations;
• Assist in creating engagement campaigns;
• Attend to communication-related requirements and queries of the Corporate Strategy Team; and
• Perform ad hoc duties as and when necessary.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma Holder
• Candidates with one to two years of similar experience in ship management companies or related industries will have an added advantage. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Has excellent written and oral communication skills
• Has Good computer knowledge

Job Details:
- Duration:18 Oct - 13 Dec 2024
- Working hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm (with 1 hour unpaid break)
- Location: Clementi
- Salary: $13.80/hr

Responsibilities:
- To process Event Support Services forms using systems
- Liaise with users on event logistics requirements for the events
- Coordinate with relevant departments on the support services required for the event
- Other adhoc duties assigned

Requirements:
- At least one year of working experience with good communication skills
- Proficient in Excel; experience with CMIS or similar booking systems is a bonus
