As the social media Operations Specialist, you will help build and execute the social media strategy, initiatives, and projects for the world's largest technology company. Working with the Local and Regional Program Manager, you will support all things social — from always-on content and social-led campaigns to influencer activations and event amplification — by leading the day-to-day operations as well as content development and community management for the brand channels. As the Social Media & Content Specialist, you'll be working with one of our clients - one of the largest technology companies in the world and helping them with growing their social media credentials across different platforms and target audiences.

As a Senior Social Media Analyst supporting our client - one of the largest technology brands, you’ll play a pivotal role in owning measurement and analysis of their social booster campaigns and how it fits in the broader social marketing campaigns.

Rapid Response Social Media Measurement Analyst

Social Media & Content Strategist

As the Social Media & Content Strategist, you'll be working with one of our clients - one of the largest video-sharing platforms with a growing community of video creators and consumers. You'll lead the design and execution of cutting-edge social campaigns and editorial programs. Collaborating with teams across multiple countries, including Japan, Korea, India, and Indonesia, you'll manage internal and external relationships, ensure effective content distribution, and oversee day-to-day operations and community management. 

You'll have the chance to work on exciting projects that will make a real impact on our client’s audience while staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in social marketing. you'll play a key role in shaping our client’s growth and success, using your expertise to drive impactful decisions and strategies. While copywriting, content production, and community management will be part of your role, your primary focus will be on leveraging data to optimize performance and drive results.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about the brand and has a deep knowledge of video-sharing platforms, APAC creators, artists and influencers, is well-versed in social media management and has strong project management skills. 

Role: 

• Develop and execute an innovative content strategy for APAC (India, Japan, Korea, Indonesia) that drives engagement and growth for our client
• Collaborate with local social marketing managers and vendors to optimize campaigns and editorial content

You:

• 8+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Strategy and Community Management
• A passion for the video-sharing ecosystem, digital culture and current online social trends
• A strategic and creative thinker who is able to navigate around an always-on social landscape and roll with the changes in a dynamic environment
• Proficient understanding of social media analytics and experience with Sprinklr preferred
• Prior experience with communicating with local and geographically dispersed stakeholders to deliver clear instructions and messaging
• Solid project management experience and account management traits
• Passionate about working as part of a larger team to deliver on a common goal

Social Media Strategist  (SG)

Maker Lab supports clients across the technology, entertainment, financial services, and payments industries. We’re looking for dynamic individuals to join our team and support our amazing real estate-focused technology client.

You will help build and manage the region's social media strategies, campaigns and content marketing. You will work closely with the APAC Social and Consumer Marketing teams when designing and delivering effective social media marketing campaigns and evergreen rollouts - from strategy, ideation, assets creation and development, execution, measurement, and day-to-day operations to overall project management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with internal and external partners to move projects towards a common business and consumer marketing goal. You will also ensure relevant content analysis is done to reach goals effectively, helping to influence future strategy. 

Role: 

• You will be responsible for always-on social content curation efforts, from research and ideation to final delivery. 
• Work with the team and create the strategic foundations to help us generate and execute impossible-to-ignore ideas for the company’s and clients’ branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
• Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with marketing techniques.
• You will be a vocal advocate for the newest and boldest trends in copywriting and creativity. You will be tasked to share experiences and learnings to stimulate collective growth across the consumer marketing org. 
• You should be ready to evolve, investigate, pilot and change the courses based on insights and learnings to deliver optimal performance and creative excellence.
• Drive always-on digital/social media editorial content in line with existing content strategy for Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Partner with designers to produce visuals that are social-by-design.
• Ideate creative campaigns and executions for heat moments and product launches.
• Proactive finessing and optimisation of copy to improve social content performance.
• Lead internal sharing on creativity, copywriting and social content best practices and champion creative excellence.
• Coordinate communication across a range of regional stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
• Research industry topics to spot new content worth sharing.

You:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of copywriting experience, with prior experience and a proven track record in social media and digital content strategy within an agency, consultancy or technology companies
• Able to transform large amounts of information into simple findings that the client can incorporate into their marketing efforts 
• Passionate about all things content marketing, content creation, social and creative
• Ability to work autonomously and identify opportunities in ambiguity, with a self-starter attitude in a start-up-like environment.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and constantly evolving matrix organisation.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and, ideally, fluent in another Asian language to support the projects spanning APAC.
