We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Operation Specialist to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate must have the passion for marketing and be well-versed in both traditional and digital marketing concepts as well as possess good writing abilities. You will need empathy to get into users' heads, an eye for aesthetics to ensure we have captivating visuals, a knack for killer copy that invokes action, and an analytical mindset to produce data-driven results.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Daily operation and maintenance of social media accounts (Red, Telegram);
• According to brand positioning, plan online tweets and complete thematic pushes;
• Assist in accumulating the number of effective fans, interact with fans to increase the activity of fans, and build a community;
• Analyse the online behaviour of fans and analyse the overall marketing strategy based on their behaviour, and assist in providing promotion strategies;
• Have certain picture and video editing capabilities, can use H5, PS, video editing software, and customize content according to the brand;

Job requirements:

• Know how to plan special topics according to the company's products, and have good writing skills;
• Have industry sensitivity, be able to track hot spots, and form fan dissemination in time;
• Have relevant experience in public relations, advertising, news, media, marketing, etc.;
• Hardworking and able to adapt to overtime environment.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• More than 3 years of operating experience in social media such as RED is best, others can be Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, etc.;
• Good knowledge and proficiency in the usage of various social media/digital marketing channels such as RED, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, forums, GDN, SEM, SEO, etc.
• Able to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communicator and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be bilingual with strong foundation in Chinese and English

Responsibilities

1. Participate in the development of requirements for the audio and video media business backend.
2. Participate in the optimization of performance and architecture of the audio and video media backend systems.
3. Investigate and resolve online issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of the Linux operating system, a strong understanding of data structures, and proficient coding skills in C/C++.
• Familiarity with basic Linux network programming concepts; familiarity with common network protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, RTMP, etc., is a plus.
• Experience with distributed system design and an understanding of big data processing principles is a plus.
